Welcome to Istanbul! After you land, please proceed to Gate 14 in the arrivals hall. At this location, you will find our Airport Coordination Partner, GM, who handles passenger reception on our behalf. Their desk will be clearly marked with the GM sign. Once you arrive to the GM desk: 1. Give your name and show your booking confirmation. 2. The GM team will verify your reservation. 3. Your vehicle will be arranged and brought to you within approximately 5 minutes. Important Information: • Your reservation here ensures your name is already registered with the GM reception team. • Payment is made in person, in cash only. • Please bring the exact amount in Turkish Lira, US Dollars, or Euros. We do not offer currency exchange and we cannot provide change for large bills. For your convenience, we can also send you: • A map showing how to reach the meeting point from inside the terminal. • A short video guide that visually shows the route to Gate 14 and the GM desk.
