For your transfer from your hotel to Istanbul Airport (IST), please make sure to provide us with your exact pickup location. You may share your location via WhatsApp, write the complete address in the booking form, or send a location link from Google Maps. If the address is incomplete or unclear, we may not be able to confirm the booking. In that case, you will need to contact us directly to finalize your reservation. Timing & Traffic Advisory: Traffic in Istanbul can be unpredictable and sometimes very heavy, especially during busy hours. To ensure you arrive at the airport on time, we recommend scheduling your transfer at least 3.5 – 4 hours before your flight departure time. Important Notes: • Please be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time. • Delays in being ready may affect arrival time at the airport. • Payment is made directly to the driver, in cash only. • Please prepare the exact amount in Turkish Lira, US Dollars, or Euros. If you need assistance or have any changes, our WhatsApp team is always available to help. Once you arrive to the GM desk: 1. Give your name and show your booking confirmation. 2. The GM team will verify your reservation. 3. Your vehicle will be arranged and brought to you within approximately 5 minutes.
